This past week was another good one. I have a listing that is located in University Place, which is a beautiful gated community located a mile or so behind the Home Depot in University Parkway. It is located in Manatee county, and Sarasota county is just a block or so away.This home is immaculate, and looks like a model home. I have come close to selling it a few times, but this time was the charm, and it will have a brand new owner soon! It was a pleasure marketing this home!....now off to the next one!
